You are

• Pedagogical, able to share technical and safety rules with guests from novice to experienced levels
• Responsible, ensuring the smooth running and safety of water skiing activities
• Passionate, motivated to help guests discover, progress and challenge themselves
• Committed, with full knowledge of all safety guidelines

You will

• Teach water skiing from initiation to advanced improvement
• Ensure the safety of adults and children during the activity
• Supervise personalized services and offer private lessons
• Promote the activity within the Resort and ensure the quality of services provided
• Perform water skiing demonstrations to inspire and motivate guests
• Maintain equipment, materials and facilities, ensuring they are in proper condition
• Strictly follow Club Med’s hygiene and safety rules while preserving Resort property

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
