You will

• Enhance the Food & Beverage experience by delivering a warm welcome and highly personalised service to every guest.

• Supervise teams responsible for exclusive services such as room service, pool service and services dedicated to Villas and Chalets.

• Train, unite and motivate team members on a daily basis while supporting their professional development.

• Ensure discreet, refined and highly personalised service standards to create flawless guest experiences.

• Optimise the profitability of your department through budget control and continuous improvement of financial performance.

• Oversee service quality while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and infrastructure preservation standards.

You will become a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you carry out your profession with passion while having the opportunity to take part in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether interacting with guests, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you help create unique memories.
