• AssisttheExecutiveHousekeeperinmonitoringthecleanlinessofguestroomsandpublicareas(250to400rooms).

• Reportmaintenanceissuesandcoordinatewiththemaintenancedepartment.

• AnticipateandrespondtoResortguests'needsandexpectations.

• Supervise,train,andorganizethedailyworkofateamof50to80employees.

• Participateinandleaddailybriefingsanddebriefings.

• Monitorinventorylevels,identifyneeds,andplacenecessaryorders.

• Ensuretheproperuseofautomatedcleaningequipment.

• VerifycompliancewithClubMedqualitystandards.

• WorkcloselywithotherResortdepartments.

• Ensurecompliancewithhygieneandsafetyregulationswhilemaintaininghighservicequalitystandards.
