For your first season(s), you will generally work in your country of residence (or nearby if there is no Resort in your country). Then, over time, you may have the opportunity to work abroad depending on available positions.

Speaking a foreign language, particularly English, is often an advantage when applying for roles in our Resorts. For certain roles, such as childcare or sports, we require either relevant experience or a recognized qualification.
