You will

• Welcome and assist guests staying in Villas, Chalets and Exclusive Collection Resorts from arrival to departure, ensuring their luggage and personal belongings are handled with care.

• Provide proactive assistance by managing luggage transportation and ensuring smooth and safe driving services.

• Maintain equipment, arrival areas and vehicles in immaculate condition, with careful attention to cleanliness, atmosphere, music and overall guest experience.

• Support Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Bar and Accommodation teams with logistics and handling tasks (linen deliveries, food products, beverages, setup, replenishment, clearing, etc.).

• Listen carefully to guest feedback, communicate it to your manager and proactively suggest solutions.

• Assist, when necessary, with occasional tasks outside the Exclusive Collection scope (snow removal, handling operations, etc.).

• Contribute to access control and help ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and property.

As a G.E, you will contribute to Club Med excellence by working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of every day.
