You are
• Responsible, with the experience and skills required to lead a team of managers
• Organized, meticulous, attentive to detail, able to manage conflicts with initiative and adaptability
• Business oriented, sensitive to cost and sales performance

You will
• Ensure the quality of all Food & Beverage services, guaranteeing the implementation and compliance with operational standards in kitchens, bars, restaurants and related outlets
• Secure customer satisfaction through offer consistency, personalization, claim management and adaptation to guests’ needs
• Translate budget objectives into actionable operational plans to reach set targets
• Lead and supervise a team of about 150 employees to optimize their development, training and achievement of both qualitative and quantitative results
• Ensure compliance with all legal and commercial frameworks related to Resort sales as well as strict application of hygiene and safety regulations

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
