Your work environment
For more than 50 years, families and children have been at the heart of Club Med’s priorities. Our private Early Childhood Care Centres offer two distinct services: the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 3 years).
Each structure includes adapted spaces such as activity rooms, nap rooms, changing rooms, parent reception areas and a kitchen for meal and bottle preparation.
The objective is to provide quality childcare, respecting the biological rhythm of each child, with awakening activities, outdoor games, walks and reassuring attention to introduce children to community life.

• Qualified, holding the State Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DEEJE)
• Reassuring, building secure relationships and offering a warm welcome
• Caring, attentive to the children’s daily needs and overall health

You will

• Welcome and supervise children at the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and Petit Club (2 to 3 years)
• Meet the diverse needs of children using a social and educational approach
• Stimulate children’s intellectual, emotional and artistic abilities through adapted activities
• Contribute to implementing the activity program
• Communicate clearly with parents at key moments of the day
• Optimize spaces for the harmonious development of children
• Develop activities adapted to the age and needs of children to stimulate their awakening
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and legal standards of the Baby/Petit Club
• Collaborate closely with the Pediatric Nurse on all aspects related to the child’s development and education

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
