The Club Med Employment Law Department is looking for a Winter Resort Employment Law Intern to join its team dedicated to Resorts and based in Lyon, at the heart of the operational teams, starting in January 2027 for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will support the Employment Law Department throughout the winter season.

Come and discover the legal and employment-related challenges involved in operating our resorts during the winter season and contribute to the daily support provided to HR teams on individual employee matters, disciplinary issues, and operational topics.


Key Responsibilities :


You will take part in all activities carried out by the Employment Law Department, including :


  • Providing legal advice to HR and operational teams, particularly those supporting our mountain resorts, on all employment law matters, including recruitment, employment contract management, and termination procedures.
  • Assisting with the management of disputes and litigation cases.
  • Monitoring legal developments and conducting in-depth research on legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Supporting cross-functional projects related to international mobility and resort development initiatives (openings, renovations, etc.).
  • Contributing to the creation and update of training materials.
  • Assisting with collective employment law matters for our French entities, including annual mandatory negotiations (NAO), works councils (CSE), and employee representative elections.

Profile :


We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:


  • Master's degree (Master 2 level) in Employment and Labour Law.
  • A first experience in employment law would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
  • Good command of English is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Conditions :


  • Internship agreement required (internship only, no apprenticeship/alternance).
  • Position based in Lyon 7th arrondissement.
  • Start date: January 2027.
  • Duration: 6 months.
  • Current remote work policy: up to 8 remote working days per month, subject to team agreement, with at least one day per week on site. Employees also have the option to work remotely for an entire week once per quarter.
