Véritable trait d’union entre la DRH EAF, la Direction du contrôle de gestion EAF et la Direction rémunération et avantages sociaux Groupe, le Responsable rémunération avantages sociaux est en charge de :
- L’application, l’évolution et la communication des politiques de rémunération villages CMSAS et filiales françaises en EAF
- La définition des politiques de rémunération villages pour les pays de l’EAF
- L’accompagnement sur les problématiques de rémunération et avantages sociaux pour la mobilité en EAF, périmètre villages et bureaux
- Le pilotage du processus budgétaire et forecast
- La maîtrise des budgets RH et de leurs processus de pilotage
- L’amélioration continue des processus et outils de pilotage EAF

Principales Missions
Pour « tenir » ce poste, que faut-il faire ?
Quels sont les grands domaines de mission ?Pour chaque grand domaine de mission, quelles sont les activités ?
1/ Rémunération des salariés villages CMSAS et filiales françaises
· S’assure de l’application des évolutions de rémunérations définies au niveau du groupe
· Met sous contrôle les outils et le processus de calcul et de paiement des éléments variables de rémunérations. S’assure de leur justesse.
· Elabore avec la Direction in resort sales la stratégie et les dispositifs de rémunérations variables des centres de profits et s’assure du suivi et paiement.
· Est le référent pour la formation et le conseil auprès des interlocuteurs RH
· Réalise les études ad hoc impactant la rémunération ou la masse salariale village.
2/ Politique salariale et Négociations Annuelles Obligatoires (NAO)
Accompagne et est force de proposition auprès de la DRH EAF pour définir les orientations stratégiques RH CMSAS et filiales françaises en matière de rémunération :
· Définition des axes prioritaires avec les responsables RH concernés
· Préparation de supports et documentations à destination de la DRH et des partenaires sociaux
· Mise sous contrôle des simulations des couts associés
· Mise sous contrôle du processus et des outils pour application et suivi des accords NAO
· Coordination des communications auprès des GO/GE, Managers et RH en village
Accompagne et est force de proposition pour définir les orientations stratégiques en matière de rémunération des GO/GE locaux
·Définition des axes prioritaires et des évolutions de rémunérations pour chaque pays en lien avec le directeur des affaires sociales
·Coordination des politiques et processus de rémunération à l’intérieur de la BU (structure et évolutions de fourchettes, Benchmark, rémunération variable)
3/ Mobilité et avantages sociaux
En collaboration avec la Direction Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux Groupe :
Définit les politiques de rémunération et avantages sociaux à mettre en place dans les pays de l’EAF pour les GO/GE en mobilité,
Accompagne les évolutions et renégociations d’assurances sociales hors France
Assure la fluidité et la fiabilité des processus d’affiliation
4/ Pilotage du processus budgétaire et forecast Villages
· Etablit le cadre de l’exercice budgétaire EAF : la lettre de cadrage, le calendrier interne EAF en lien avec le cadrage et calendrier Corporate et les communique à chaque exercice budgétaire
· Pilote l’avancement et le respect du calendrier
· Accompagne le DRH dans l’analyse des forecast villages
· S’assure avec le responsable étude digital RH EAF du plan de développement des compétences des acteurs RH
· Participe aux analyses sur son périmètre
5/ Définition et pilotage des budgets RH
Masse salariale :
Dans le cadre de la construction budgétaire
· En collaboration avec la DRAS Groupe, définition du taux d’indexation de la masse salariale village CMSAS et filiales françaises et de la masse salariale locale pour chaque pays
· Définition avec la direction du contrôle de gestion des salaires moyens par typologie de contrat et par pays
. Mise à jour des prévisions pendant l’année en fonction du niveau de réalisation des hypothèses budgétaires (SMIC, NAO, évolutions des charges sociales, exonérations…)
Autres budgets RH centraux :
· Définition dans le cadre de la construction budgétaire des budgets centraux de charges communes, immersion et ARO. Recommandation d’optimisation
· Mise sous contrôle des outils et processus de pilotage de ces budgets
