It is entirely possible to hold a so-called seasonal job, directly linked to the seasonality, while working and progressing throughout the year. These two aspects are not incompatible but rather complementary at Club Med, thanks in particular to national and international mobility, which offers year-round employment opportunities for G.E (Gentle Employee) and G.O (Gentle Organizer) who wish to pursue them.

Indeed, with personalized follow-up and advice, you can maximize the opportunities each season offers while maintaining a constant perspective on career development within the Club Med group.

Club Med: What are the possible career advancements?

In the many Club Med Resorts, you will enrich yourself daily and naturally enhance your skills through interactions with our G.Ms (Gentle Members) by providing them with premium services.

Additionally, our teams, made up of G.Es and G.Os from all over the world, have diverse and rich profiles. Beyond these encounters and new discoveries, you also have the opportunity to advance within two or three seasons, depending on your dedication and aspirations.

The organizational structure at Club Med includes several hierarchical levels: G.E, G.O, Activity Manager, Service Manager, Department Manager, and Chef de Village (for example). Employees can progress from basic yet essential roles to higher responsibilities, thanks to personalized training that recognizes and develops their potential.

L'Université des Talents by Club Med is specifically designed to promote personal development and career advancement. To achieve this, it employs over 50 trainers, half of whom work directly in the Resorts to support teams on the ground.
