Ti occuperai di:
- Accogliere e assistere tutti i G.M dell'Area EC, delle Ville e degli Chalet dall'arrivo alla partenza per i loro spostamenti e per il trasporto dei bagagli o degli effetti personali.
- Fornire assistenza ai team della reception e dei servizi durante il loro turno.
- Garantire la pulizia e la buona manutenzione delle attrezzature, degli strumenti di lavoro (carrelli portabagagli), delle aree di accoglienza e di deposito, nonché la coerenza dell'atmosfera (odori, musica appropriata, ecc.).
- Assicurare che i clienti si sentano sempre al sicuro (guida tranquilla, seggiolini per bambini, ecc.) e che i bagagli siano gestiti con cura e visibilità.
- Assistere i maggiordomi, i team alloggi e i team F&B nella gestione dei compiti (allestimento, sgombero, rifornimento di scorte, ecc.).
- Gestire i commenti dei clienti con tatto ed eleganza. Trasmettere immediatamente i feedback al proprio manager e fornire suggerimenti.
