Te encargarás de:
- Coordinar todas las actividades del espacio EC de entre 25 y 60 suites
- Dirigir un equipo de entre 20 y 60 personas
- Representar la gama Luxury y el espíritu Club Med ante los clientes (G.M, Clientes Amables) y los equipos
- Implementar la estrategia Club Med dentro del área Exclusive Collection
- Impulsar las propuestas de mejora de los servicios hoteleros y de ocio del espacio Exclusive Collection
- Gestionar los resultados financieros de tu departamento
- Aplicar, supervisar y controlar las normas y la legislación local
- Garantizar un servicio y una relación con el cliente de gama alta, y asegurar la satisfacción permanente de los residentes
- Unir y motivar a tu equipo en torno a objetivos definidos y apoyarlo en su desarrollo
- Cuidar del equipamiento, material e infraestructura del Resort
