- Implementare la strategia Club Med nell'area Exclusive Collection.
- Essere proattivo/a nelle proposte di miglioramento dei servizi alberghieri e di intrattenimento dello Spazio Exclusive Collection.
- Gestire i risultati finanziari del dipartimento
- Attuare, monitorare e controllare gli standard e la legislazione locale
- Garantire un servizio e un rapporto con i clienti di alto livello e assicurare la loro continua soddisfazione
- Unire e motivare il team su obiettivi definiti e sostenerlo nel suo sviluppo
- Assicurare il buon funzionamento delle attrezzature, materiali e infrastrutture del Resort
