Ti occuperai di:
- Garantire l'applicazione e il rispetto degli standard per garantire la conformità dell'offerta proposta e l'applicazione di tutti i processi nel resort.
- Controllo costi e gestione stock.
- Garantire il buon funzionamento dell'inventario.
- Garantire l'implementazione, l'applicazione e il rispetto delle procedure di igiene e Ssicurezza.
- Formare i vari team sulle procedure interne ed esterne, dei contratti firmati con i fornitori di servizi, nonché il rispetto delle loro condizioni.
- Fidelizzare e supervisionare i propri team.
