You will

• Coordinate all the activities of a Luxury space (Villas or apartments Private chalets)
• Manage a team of 20 to 80 people
• Represent the Luxury range and the Club Med spirit to clients (G.M., Gentil Membres) and teams.
• Apply Club Med's strategy within the Exclusive Collection Area
• Be a source of proposals to increase the range of hotel and leisure services offered by the Exclusive Collection.
• Manage the economic results of the service
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring and control of standards and local legislation
• Ensure top-of-the-line service and customer relations, ensure ongoing resident satisfaction
• Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and accompany them in their development Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructures of the Resort
