Your work environment
Swimming pools, theaters, guest rooms, beaches, landscaped gardens… Join Club Med’s Technical team to ensure the safety and optimal functioning of all Resort facilities.
The team is composed of dedicated professionals handling maintenance and renovation, contributing to the comfort and well-being of guests and staff in our Resorts.
You will play a role in maintaining and enhancing an exceptional natural heritage, working in unique environments that combine modernity with respect for nature, offering guests unforgettable holidays.

You are

• Responsible, able to manage an entire department while serving as the technical reference for all green spaces.
• Organized, capable of managing teams, subcontractors, and service providers while meeting deadlines and priorities.
• Demanding and professional, performing tasks with consistency and rigor.
• Versatile, adaptable to various technical situations, and able to interact confidently with both guests and staff.

You will

• Supervise the management and maintenance of green spaces within the Resorts, ensuring their quality and long-term development.
• Serve as the liaison between the Europe-Africa Green Spaces Technical Department and teams at various sites.
• Control and monitor the execution of green space service contracts, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Track qualitative and quantitative needs for fertilization, irrigation, zero pesticide management, and pruning for each site.
• Suggest improvements for the ongoing development and enhancement of gardens.
• Compile monthly and annual reports on green space performance.
• Assist the site's Technical Manager on matters related to outdoor spaces.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
