Te encargarás de
- Poner en marcha el servicio de "acogida y recepción" definido por la dirección
- Garantizar un servicio personalizado y correcto y proporcionar a los clientes todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.
- Representar la Exclusive Collection del Club Med ante nuestros clientes.
- Supervisar a los equipos encargados de la recepción en la zona Exclusive Collection.
- Garantizar la calidad de las relaciones del equipo con los clientes, reforzando el espíritu único del Club Med.
- Gestionar los resultados económicos del servicio de recepción (cumplimiento de los presupuestos).
- Optimizar las ventas locales del servicio de recepción (ventas locales...).
- Garantizar la calidad de los servicios, el cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad del Club Med y el mantenimiento de los equipos y materiales.
