You are

• Sociable, able to build trusted relationships with guests.

• Attentive, providing a personalised and memorable experience for every guest.

• Organised and detail-oriented, with strong conflict-management skills and the ability to take responsibility.

You will

• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing the bar teams.

• Welcome, advise and serve guests while personalising their experience.

• Supervise a team of 10 to 20 employees, ensuring motivation, engagement and operational efficiency.

• Organise bar events and manage guest flow for services welcoming between 600 and 1,000 guests.

• Contribute to the bar’s financial performance and quality objectives.

• Develop additional sales and optimise the economic performance of your department.

• Manage inventories and orders for beverages, consumables and small hotel equipment.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational procedures, hygiene regulations, safety requirements and legal obligations.
