You are

• Sociable, able to build trusted relationships with guests.

• Attentive, providing a personalised and memorable experience for every guest.

• Organised and detail-oriented, with strong conflict-management skills and the ability to take responsibility.

You will

• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing the bar teams.

• Welcome, advise and serve guests while personalising their experience.

• Supervise a team of 10 to 20 employees, ensuring motivation, engagement and operational efficiency.

• Organise bar events and manage guest flow for services welcoming between 600 and 1,000 guests.

• Contribute to the bar’s financial performance and quality objectives.

• Develop additional sales and optimise the economic performance of your department.

• Manage inventories and orders for beverages, consumables and small hotel equipment.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational procedures, hygiene regulations, safety requirements and legal obligations.

As a G.O, you carry out your profession with passion while having the opportunity to take part in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether interacting with guests, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you help create unique memories.
