Marine Biologist - French Speaking (Club Med Kani, Maldives)

Job Summary

The Marine Biologist GO ensures the development of ecological activities as well as spreading awareness towards ecological issues. He/she is the referent regarding environemental topics in the Village. He/she embodies the Club Med Spirit and his actions are carried out in a spirit of sharing and service excellence.

GENERAL MISSIONS
• Green Globe steering:
- Project progress follow-up with RDS, report to CDV and Expert CSR
- Collecting and archiving documents
- Staff training
- Customer communication
- Follow-up of waste management (reducing and sorting)
- Follow-up of dangerous products management (storage)

• In charge of a Mobireef Activities ( educational underwater trail) in the village to highlight the Marine biodiversity
• In charge of Reefscaper Partnership with the follow-up and animation of Coral Propagation program ( activities, maintenance and promotion )…
• Responsible of developing activities to raise GM awareness ( Snokelling clean-up,Documentaries projection, workshop with Kids corner, Aperitive focus on on wildlife …)
• Meeting with local biodiversity protection associations, participation to their programs and invitation in the resort.
• Ensuring visibility of CSR in Maldivian Club Med with the support of the CSR Expert( in-resort and online : App, Social Media…)
• Supporting CSR Expert on Marine Biodiversity content for ESAP resorts
