POSITION:


We are currently looking for a 6-month intern to join us as an Internal Auditor – Operational Excellence (M/F).

You will contribute to several audit engagements included in the audit plan, as well as to the development of tools aimed at strengthening the function’s operational excellence.

You will join the Group Internal Audit and Internal Control Department and report directly to an experienced Internal Auditor.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Participate in various audit assignments (strategic, operational, financial, etc.) by:


  • Contributing to the definition of the assignment scope during the planning phase;
  • Designing and implementing a work program within this scope, including risk identification and assessment, document reviews, and walkthroughs;
  • Conducting interviews to understand processes and key controls, identify potential weaknesses, and recommend areas for improvement;
  • Performing testing and document-based analyses to verify compliance with procedures and controls;
  • Presenting key findings to auditees during progress meetings and the closing meeting;
  • Drafting and formalizing audit reports, including visual presentations of root causes, tests performed, key observations, conclusions, associated risks, and recommendations;
  • Monitoring the implementation of action plans defined following audit assignments.

Throughout your internship, you will also contribute to:


  • Identifying and implementing best practices that enhance the function’s operational excellence, including the deployment of new tools, the use of artificial intelligence, methodological monitoring, and the sharing of best practices. These initiatives aim to improve efficiency, strengthen methodologies, and ensure alignment with professional internal audit standards (Global Internal Audit Standards issued by the IIA).

PROFILE:


We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree +4/+5 (Master’s level) from a Business School or University, ideally specializing in Audit, Accounting, or Finance;
  • An initial experience in an audit firm or internal audit department is a plus;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Curiosity, rigor, analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:


  • Position based at our Headquarters in La Villette (Paris), available as an internship starting in March 2027;
  • Current remote working policy: up to 8 remote working days per month, subject to team agreement, with at least one on-site day per week; possibility to work remotely for an entire week once per quarter;
  • Opportunity to participate in the Workation program (remote working from designated village locations).
