Ti occuperai di:
- Seguire il soggiorno e garantire il benessere di ogni cliente al fine di fidelizzarlo.
- Essere al servizio del cliente e rispondere a tutte le richieste relative al suo soggiorno (traduzione, informazioni sul resort e i suoi dintorni, ecc.)
- Supportare il team del front desk per facilitare l'esperienza del cliente ogni volta che è necessario
- Fornire suggerimenti al proprio manager per sviluppare ulteriori vendite
- Informare il proprio manager di eventuali malfunzionamenti del servizio o reclami dei clienti e fare proposte per risolverli efficacemente.
