- シフト中、レセプションとサービスチームをサポートする。
- 設備、作業用具（荷物用台車）、レセプションエリア、保管エリアの清潔さと良好なメンテナンス、および雰囲気の一貫性（管理された臭い、適切な音楽など）を確保すること。
- お客様が常に安全だと感じられるようにし（優しい運転、チャイルドシートなど）、荷物の取り扱いが丁寧で見やすいようにする。
- バトラー、宿泊施設、F&Bチームの業務をアシストする（セッティング、片付け、在庫補充など）。
- お客様からのフィードバックに機転を利かせ、エレガントに対応する。フィードバックをすぐにマネージャーに伝え、提案する。
