Θα
- Θα υποδέχεστε και θα προσφέρετε βοήθεια σε όλους τους G.M.s στη συλλογή Espace Exclusive, στις βίλες και στα σαλέ από την άφιξη έως την αναχώρηση για το δικό τους ταξίδι και τη μεταφορά των αποσκευών ή των προσωπικών τους αντικειμένων.
- Παρέχετε υποστήριξη στις ομάδες υποδοχής και υπηρεσιών κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας τους.
- Διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας και της καλής συντήρησης του εξοπλισμού, του εξοπλισμού εργασίας (καροτσάκια αποσκευών), των χώρων υποδοχής και των αποθηκευτικών χώρων, καθώς και της συνέπειας της ατμόσφαιρας (ελεγχόμενες οσμές, κατάλληλη μουσική κ.λπ.).
- Διασφάλιση ότι οι πελάτες αισθάνονται πάντα ασφαλείς (ήπια οδήγηση, παιδικά καθίσματα κ.λπ.) και ότι οι αποσκευές χειρίζονται με προσοχή και ορατότητα.
- Βοηθήστε τους μπάτλερ, τις ομάδες διαμονής και τις ομάδες F&B στη διεκπεραίωση εργασιών (στήσιμο, καθάρισμα, αναπλήρωση αποθεμάτων κ.λπ.).
- Να χειρίζεστε τα σχόλια των πελατών με διακριτικότητα και κομψότητα. Να διαβιβάζετε τα σχόλια στον προϊστάμενό σας αμέσως και να κάνετε προτάσεις.
