You will

Guarantee the respect of the legal and social obligations
Guarantor of policy setting and adherence for all Human Resources management in resort
Ensure all the administration concerning the personnal (pay, contract…) and optimize payroll
Drive and manage the integration procedures, evaluate and identify future potentials
Implement a policy of local recruitment
Accompany the managers in the management of their teams
Integrate your co-workers within the village’s team and identify their needs for training so as to help them to improve and gain in competence
