PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business requirements into functional solutions that align with Club Med’s strategic objectives. Acting as a bridge between business departments and technical teams, this role contributes to operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and the successful implementation of transformation initiatives.

GENERAL MISSIONS

1. Business Process Analysis

  • Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

  • Document workflows, systems, and business rules comprehensively and accurately.

  • Recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance performance.

2. Requirements Gathering and Documentation

  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from various stakeholders.

  • Translate business needs into detailed, actionable functional specifications.

  • Ensure clarity, traceability, and validation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Collaboration with Technical and Functional Teams

  • Work closely with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure solution alignment.

  • Participate in the design, validation, and testing of system functionalities.

  • Support user acceptance testing and verify that deliverables meet defined objectives.

4. Implementation Support and Change Management

  • Contribute to system deployment and assist during post‑implementation phases.

  • Provide user training and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Support communication and change management for new tools and processes.

5. Reporting and Insight Generation

  • Perform data analysis to uncover performance trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision‑making.

  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

6. Management & Leadership

  • Create a structuring and inspiring framework: Provide a clear and engaging environment, give meaning to actions and embody the Club Med Spirit.

  • Develop and empower teams: Help them develop their skills, encourage autonomy and initiative.

  • Ensure operational excellence: Manage performance with rigor and benevolence, optimizing time and resources.

  • User satisfaction and adoption rates of implemented solutions.

  • On‑time and within‑budget project delivery.

  • Measurable operational efficiency improvements following implementation.

  • Accuracy and quality of business and functional specifications.

  • Alignment of delivered solutions with strategic and functional objectives.
