Your Are
- Strong interpersonal, management and organizational skills
- The ability to lead a small technical team.

- Proficient in lighting and audio techniques
- Proven record of efficient managing resources and equipment
- Ability and desire to take the initiative to develop the Events Department to its full operational potential.
- The knowledge to identify the causes of technical problems and suggest effective and creative ways to solve them
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs
- Able to anticipate and identify risk management issues pertaining to all technical equipment and report to appropriate person

You Will
- Oversee the technical and operational quality of all of the light and sound needs of the resort.
- Broadcast music for shows and events
- Set up lighting for theatre shows and events through-out the resort
- Ability to provide hands on technical support for both lights and sound.
- Take part in the purchasing of material related to the Events Dept.and the management of stocks
- Perform regular checks and inventory of equipment
