You will
- Coordinate all the activities of a Luxury space of 25 to 60 suites
- Manage a team of 20 to 60 people
- Represente the Luxury range and the Club Med spirit to clients (G.M., Gentil Membres) and teams.
- Apply Club Med's strategy within the Exclusive Collection Area
- Be a source of proposals to increase the range of hotel and leisure services offered by the Exclusive Collection.
- Manage the economic results of its entity
- Ensure the implementation, monitoring and control of standards and local legislation
- Ensure top-of-the-line service and customer relations, ensure ongoing resident satisfaction
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
- Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructure of the Resort
