You are
• Discreet and organized, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for guests.

You will
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and public areas (250 to 400 rooms).
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate solutions with the engineering department.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout their stay.
• Supervise and train a team of 50 to 80 employees, organizing their daily workload.
• Conduct and facilitate daily briefings and debriefings.
• Monitor stock levels, identify needs, and place required orders.
• Ensure proper use of automatic cleaning equipment.
• Verify that work is performed according to Club Med’s premium quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with other Resort departments for smooth communication and operations.
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and service-quality standards at all times.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
