Your work environment

You are
- Sociable, capable of building trust and strong connections with guests.
- Organized and meticulous, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to handle conflicts.
- Responsible, able to make key decisions to ensure service quality.
You will
- Coordinate restaurant operations in the Resort, ensuring flawless service for 600 to 1,000 covers per service.
- Lead and supervise a team of 30 to 50 employees, working closely with Chefs and other services (Bar, Culinary teams).
- Guarantee the quality of guest welcome, table setup, and dining room service.
- Efficiently manage stocks and orders for products, consumables, small hotel equipment, and linens.
- Boost additional sales in collaboration with Wine & Spirits Specialists.
- Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, quality processes, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Adapt strategies to ensure guest satisfaction in all circumstances.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Bar and Restaurant department, embodying Club Med’s excellence in service and guest relations.

As a G.O, you will carry out your role with passion while also participating in important moments of our guests’ stay. Whether talking with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique memories.
