Your work environment
Each Resort has several restaurants and bars, from large event venues to intimate settings, serving our premium all-inclusive offer.
From buffet service to table service, live cooking experiences, and numerous festive events, you will have plenty of opportunities to showcase your expertise and creativity while exploring all aspects of our culinary universe.
Our refined offer is built around five pillars: creating memorable experiences anytime and anywhere throughout the day, surprising guests with a variety of conceptual dining spaces, promoting the well-being of all (including your own), stimulating emotions and senses through presentation, all within a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

You are

• Rigorous and autonomous, with full mastery of baking techniques (and some pastry knowledge), and comfortable with IT tools.
• Organized and cooperative, able to manage stock and supplies proactively while working closely with the kitchen teams.
• Creative, enhancing products through presentation and innovative ideas.
• Customer-oriented, with the ability to listen, advise, and personalize interactions.

You will

• Offer a variety of specialty breads and pastries on the buffet, while personalizing the guest interaction (serving 600 to 1,800 covers).
• Manage orders and stock to optimize resources and minimize waste.
• Prepare and produce all bakery items in accordance with menu plans.
• Ensure attractive visual presentation and constant replenishment of your buffet area.
• Maintain impeccable quality of service, strictly adhering to Club Med’s hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while sharing key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether engaging with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
