Principalesresponsabilités
Analyseetsuividelaperformancecommerciale
- Assurerunecompréhensionapprofondiedelaperformanceglobaledel'activitéetdesprincipauxleviersopérationnels.
- Produire,analyseretprésenterlesreportingsbimensuelsetmensuelsdestinésauxéquipesetàladirection.
- Réaliserdesanalysesponctuellesafindesoutenirlesprioritésopérationnellesetlesdécisionsstratégiques.
- Accompagnerlesexercicesdeprévision,lesrevuesd'activitéetlesuividelaperformancegrâceàl'analysedesdonnées.
- Garantirlafiabilité,lacohérenceetlaqualitédesindicateurs,rapportsettableauxdebord.
Analysedelaperformancedigitale
- Suivreetanalyserlesperformancesdesdifférentscanauxdigitaux(siteweb,campagnesmédias,SEO,CRM,etc.).
- Concevoir,développeretoptimiserlestableauxdeborddesuividelaperformancedigitale.
- Veilleràlaqualitédusuivietdelacollectedesdonnéesencollaborationavecleséquipestechniquesetlespartiesprenantesconcernées.
- Réaliserdesanalysesapprofondiessurlesperformancesdescampagnes,despromotionsetdestendancesdemarché.
- Présenterrégulièrementlesrésultatsetrecommandationsauxéquipesmétiersetauxpartenairesinternes.
- Participeràdesprojetsdigitauxinternationauxettransverses.
Gestiondesdonnéesetaméliorationcontinue
- Extraire,analyser,valideretinterpréterlesdonnéesàl'aided'outilstelsqueBigQueryetSQL.
- Mainteniretfaireévoluerlesoutilsdereportingetlesprocessusd'analyseexistants.
- Répondreauxbesoinsquotidiensenmatièred'analysesetdereportingdesdifférenteséquipes.
- Contribuerauxprojetsliésàl'omnicanalité,àlabusinessintelligenceetàlatransformationdeladonnée.

Formationetexpérience
- Formationuniversitaireenanalysededonnées,statistiques,informatique,finance,marketinganalytiqueoudomaineconnexe.

Your Mission
As part of the Business Intelligence & Performance team, you will play a key role in analyzing and monitoring the company’s business and digital performance. Leveraging your analytical expertise and reporting capabilities, you will transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business results.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, data quality, and business intelligence processes in a collaborative and omnichannel environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Develop a strong understanding of overall business performance and the key operational drivers impacting results.
- Produce, analyze, and present bi-weekly and monthly business reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational priorities and strategic business decisions.
- Provide analytical support for business reviews, forecasting activities, and performance tracking.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Digital Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze digital performance across key channels, including website, media, SEO, CRM, and other digital touchpoints.
- Design, develop, and optimize digital performance dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of tracking and measurement processes in collaboration with technical teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign performance, promotional activities, customer trends, and digital initiatives.
- Present performance results, insights, and recommendations to business and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in global and cross-functional digital projects as required.
Data Management & Continuous Improvement
- Extract, validate, analyze, and interpret data using tools such as BigQuery and SQL.
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes.
- Support day-to-day reporting and analytical needs across multiple business functions.
- Contribute to omnichannel, business intelligence, and data transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and overall analytical capabilities.
Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Digital Performance, or related analytical role.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
- Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and automation.
- Good knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
