You will

• Participate in the reception of products, consumables, linen and PMH equipment.

• Set up bars, counters and decorative elements before service.

• Replenish service points and workstations throughout service periods.

• Welcome guests and advise them on beverage selections.

• Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and Club Med standards.

• Promote beverages and propose sales initiatives to contribute to revenue growth.

• Ensure compliance with procedures (G.O discounts, Club Med Talent programme, prohibition of alcohol sales to minors, etc.).

• Contribute to the atmosphere and entertainment of the bar and take part in events organised by the team.

• Respect work schedules and apply cleaning procedures.

• Clean furniture, counters and service areas before, during and after service.

• Maintain and clean workstations, equipment, self-service beverage stations and storage areas.

• Apply HACCP standards and bar health and safety procedures.

• Respect grooming and hygiene standards.

• Ensure that unaccompanied minors do not consume alcoholic beverages.

As a G.E, you will contribute to Club Med excellence by working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of every day. Whether preparing, organising or contributing to guests’ comfort, you will play a discreet but essential role.
