Who are we?
Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.

Your work environment
Each Resort features several restaurants and bars, from large event venues to intimate spaces, serving our premium all-inclusive offer.
From buffet service to plated service, live cooking shows, and numerous festive events, you will have plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills and creativity while exploring the diversity of our gastronomic offer.
Our refined approach is built around five pillars: creating memorable experiences anytime and anywhere throughout the day; surprising guests with a variety of conceptual dining spaces; promoting the well-being of all (including your own); and stimulating emotions and senses through presentation, all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You are
- Rigorous, with a precise mastery of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
- Motivated, eager to learn and progress in your profession.
- Passionate, with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of pastry.
You will
- Offer a variety of pastries on the buffet while personalizing guest interaction.
- Work under the supervision of the Pastry Chef and Pastry Chefs to ensure mise en place, presentation, and buffet replenishment (serving 600 to 1,000 covers per service).
- Join a dynamic brigade of 6 to 8 members, fostering team spirit.
- Guarantee the quality of services while strictly adhering to Club Med hygiene and safety standards.
You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play a key role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of each day.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will perform a discreet yet essential role within a multicultural team, where every gesture counts in transforming a stay into a unique experience.
