Your work environment

You are
• Sociable, naturally able to build trust and connections with guests.

• Sales‑oriented, combining a commercial mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and performance.

You will
• Supervise and coordinate all bar operations across the Resort, serving between 600 and 1,000 guests daily.
• Lead and motivate a team of 10 to 20 employees while supporting their goals and career growth.
• Oversee the bar department’s financial and qualitative results to maximize performance.
• Welcome, advise and serve guests while enhancing their experience through personalized service.
• Plan and host events in and around the bars to elevate the Resort experience.
• Generate additional sales and optimize the overall profitability of your department.
• Manage stock levels and orders for products, consumables and small equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards as well as hygiene, safety and legal regulations.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (Restaurant, Catering, Sales) to improve workflow and coordination.
• Oversee all administrative tasks related to bar operations and reporting.
