Your work environment

You are
• Sociable, able to build trust and offer personalized service to guests.
• Efficient, able to manage priorities and optimize guest expectations.
• Passionate about the world of wine and spirits, skilled at conveying your knowledge and enthusiasm.
You will
• Welcome, advise and serve guests, providing a friendly and personalized experience.
• Sell and serve fine wines by the glass or bottle, as well as premium spirits, taking guest preferences into account.
• Support the Resort’s economic and quality performance through active sales and guest engagement.
• Develop additional sales and help optimize the overall efficiency of your service.

• Ensure consistent quality of service while complying with Club Med’s hygiene and safety standards.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
