Your work environment
Each Resort offers multiple restaurants and bars, from intimate lounges to festive venues, contributing to our Premium All‑Inclusive experience.
Our bars and dining spaces bring people together and set the rhythm for each day’s highlights.
From themed evenings to special events, you will work in a vibrant and diverse environment where creativity and refinement go hand in hand.
Our culinary philosophy relies on five key pillars: creating memorable experiences, surprising guests through conceptual design, promoting well‑being (including your own), and engaging the senses through presentation and atmosphere.

You are
• Versatile, with solid experience in both restaurant and bar management
• Responsible, with proven leadership skills and team management experience
• Attentive, able to build trusted relationships with both guests and colleagues

You will
• Oversee the Gourmet Lounge, a refined space combining restaurant and bar service available throughout the day
• Manage a team of about 15 employees, uniting them around shared goals and a commitment to quality
• Ensure a high‑end guest experience by overseeing warm welcomes, table set‑up and premium service standards
• Organize and promote exclusive events (wine cellar tastings, gourmet corner activities, etc.) to enrich the guest journey
• Boost additional sales and maximize the financial performance of the Gourmet Lounge
• Manage and track orders, inventory and supplies with accuracy
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations while upholding Club Med quality standards

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
