Bilingual travel reservation sales consultant

What is expected?

You will be an ambassador of Club Med Spirit. You will be a Travel Experience Designer; responsible for increasing sales, using selling and upselling techniques, booking vacation packages, and providing service information required. You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our common goal of providing lasting memories for our customers.  This position reports to the Agency Manager.

• Professional individuals who are enthusiastic, demonstrate initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and good judgment.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French are mandatory for this role, as you will handle travel requests from French and English speaking customers also servicing customers via digital written communication platforms such as WhatsApp.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Previous experience in the travel industry, knowledge of geography, and/or call center experience are a plus but not required.

  • Note: Travel professionals applying must have successfully completed the required TICO certification.

• Must be available to work 40 hours per week (full-time) flexibility for shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
