You are

An ambassador of luxury : you are passionate about your job, you care about the smallest detail and you embody the very highest quality.

You will

Coordinate all the activities of a Luxury space (Villas or apartments Private chalets)
Manage a team of 20 to 80 people
Represent the Luxury range and the Club Med spirit to clients (G.M., Gentil Membres) and teams.
Apply Club Med's strategy within the Exclusive Collection Area
Be a source of proposals to increase the range of hotel and leisure services offered by the Exclusive Collection.
Manage the economic results of the service
Ensure the implementation, monitoring and control of standards and local legislation
Ensure top-of-the-line service and customer relations, ensure ongoing resident satisfaction
Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and accompany them in their development Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructures of the Resort
