Your work environment
Swimming pools, theaters, guest rooms, beaches, landscaped gardens… Join Club Med’s Technical team to ensure the safety and smooth functioning of all Resort equipment.
This team is made up of professionals committed to maintenance and renovation operations, ensuring comfort for guests and staff in our Resorts.
You will take part in maintaining and preserving an exceptional natural heritage, working in unique environments combining modernity and respect for nature, to offer guests unforgettable holidays.

You are

  • Responsible, capable of managing an entire technical department while being the main point of reference for all Resort infrastructure.
  • Organized, skilled at supervising teams, subcontractors, and service providers while managing deadlines and priorities.
  • Demanding and professional, performing tasks with rigor, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Versatile, adaptable to varied technical situations, and able to collaborate equally with guests and internal teams.

You will

  • Oversee the proper functioning of all Resort equipment, materials, and technical infrastructure (for 1,000 to 1,500 people).
  • Manage a team of around 15 technicians and subcontractors to ensure optimal technical operations.
  • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance operations while proposing improvements or technical solutions.
  • Evaluate maintenance work costs, ensure their approval, and verify that works are carried out in compliance with requirements.
  • Participate in renovation or construction projects to improve Resort infrastructure.
  • Prevent operational incidents by implementing technology monitoring and adapted processes.
  • Manage the technical budget and ensure the economic performance of your department.
  • Raise awareness among your teams and contractors about safety standards and Club Med guidelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, property owners, and safety commissions.
  • Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives, supporting them in their progression and development.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether engaging with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
