You are
- An ambassador of luxury : you are passionate about your job, you care about the smallest detail and you embody the very highest quality.

You will
- Implement the "welcome and reception" service as defined by the Delivery Directorate.
- Ensure a discreet and personalized service and to provide customers with everything they need for a pleasant stay.
- Represent Club Med's Exclusive Collection to our clients
- Supervise the teams in charge of reception in the Exclusive Collection area.
- Guarantee the quality of the team's relations with clients by reinforcing the unique Club Med spirit.
- Manage the economic results of the reception service (respect of budgets)
- Optimize the local sales of the reception service (Local sales ...)
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintenance of equipment and materials.
