You are
• Sociable, able to create bonds with clients and build real trust.

You will
• Lead and supervise a team of 10 to 30 employees, ensuring their motivation and cohesion.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in organizing and managing catering services (600 to 1,000 covers per service).
• Oversee the quality of the welcome, the setup, and the service, guaranteeing a flawless guest experience.
• Support your teams in their development while uniting them around common goals.
• Boost additional sales and optimize the economic results of your area.
• Manage stocks, orders (products, consumables, PMH, linens) and ensure efficient resource management.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, hygiene and safety regulations, while respecting legal obligations.
• Work closely with Bar, Kitchen, and Restaurant services to ensure seamless coordination.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will perform your role with passion while also taking part in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether chatting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
