- バトラーチームの一部を管理し、アパートメント／ヴィラでの宿泊と飲食サービスを監督する（宿泊と飲食サービス）。
- 定められた商品・サービス基準、安全衛生規則を遵守し、共用エリアの清潔さと維持管理を徹底すること。
具体的には
- ハイクオリティなプロ仕様の設備とイノベーションを活用し、快適な仕事と自主性を確保する。
- 顧客からのフィードバックに機転を利かせ、エレガントに対応する フィードバックをすぐに上司に伝え、提案する。
- アラカルトサービスでお客様の体験をより充実したものにするよう提案する。
- 部屋の雰囲気がSOPとG.Mの好みに合っていることを確認する：温度、匂い、照明、騒音など。- 不具合があれば直ちに報告すること。
- パントリーに商品とリネンを補充し、リネンとレセプション商品の在庫をチェックする。
- アシスタントバトラーを補佐し、VIPレセプションエリア、クラブプログラム、M&E、特別リクエストの準備、セッティング、チェックを行う。
- 安全衛生基準、緊急時や避難時の手順を熟知し、適用する。
