Your work environment
Swimming pools, theaters, guest rooms, beaches, landscaped gardens… Join Club Med’s Technical team to ensure the safety and proper functioning of all Resort facilities.
The team is composed of professionals committed to maintenance and renovation work, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests and staff in our Resorts.
You will help maintain and preserve an exceptional natural environment, working in unique spaces that combine modernity with respect for nature, providing guests with unforgettable holiday experiences.

You are

• Demanding and professional, performing your tasks with care and consistency.

• Creative, able to deliver aesthetic finishes that enhance the spaces.

You will

• Complete surface finishing and enhancements by applying paint, resin, or varnish after manually or mechanically preparing surfaces.
• Install wall coverings (wallpaper, fabrics) and floor coverings (carpet, linoleum) to create welcoming and aesthetic environments.
• Apply and comply with Club Med hygiene and safety standards, while preserving the Resort’s heritage.
• Actively participate in end-of-season refurbishment work to ensure the quality and durability of infrastructures.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, joining an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job, it’s about sharing genuine moments and emotions within a multicultural team.
