What is a Club Med G.O®?
The Club Med G.O® stands for Club Med Gentle Organizer. An ambassador for the spirit of our company, a G.O® is a member of the team who works in our Resorts. He or she creates bonds with our customers, known as G.M®, or Gentle Members. His or her mission is to make their stay unforgettable throughout their vacation. The G.O® shares moments of conviviality with our clients, such as certain meals. The G.O® represents and communicates the 5 values of our company, which are kindness, freedom, responsibility, pioneering spirit and multiculturalism. Club Med G.O® are versatile and can work in a variety of positions in the hotel and restaurant industry, wellness, childcare, arts and entertainment, sports, support and sales. They are the guardians of our premium image.

Depending on your experience, training and skills, you will have the opportunity to work as a G.E® or G.O®. The G.E®, or Gentle Employee, is the right-hand man of the G.O® teams. Sometimes a native of the country in which he or she works, he or she is the guarantor of the Club Med brand's service quality. At the heart of the customer experience, the G.E® can quickly take on more responsibilities and become a G.O® depending on his or her investment and skills. The G.O® is the business card, the ambassador of Club Med values. He or she organizes and coordinates activities to meet the expectations of our G.M® (Gentle Members), to whom he or she always has an attentive ear. Customer service skills and adaptability are the main qualities expected to work in these multicultural teams.
Being a G.O® or G.E® Club Med member has many advantages. You have the opportunity to travel to one of our 70 Resorts, mostly located in France, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean or the Indian Ocean. With a little experience, you can travel to Asia or North/South America. And that's not all: you will be provided with food and lodging for a flat fee. Every morning, you wake up in a unique environment by the sea or in the mountains. Freed from the constraints of daily life, you can fully enjoy the Club Med experience. How to become a Club Med G.O®?

We're looking for people who are service-oriented and meticulous, but who are also good listeners and easy to talk to. Depending on the job, fluency in English may be a real advantage. Club Med exclusively offers flexible seasonal employment contracts, which are renewed as the seasons pass in the Resort.
