You will

• Support the Spa Manager in coordinating and promoting the Spa within the Resort.

• Welcome guests, manage bookings and organise treatment schedules efficiently.

• Assist Spa Therapists, Beauticians and Massage Therapists in daily operations when required.

• Deliver a variety of treatments according to the protocols of our prestigious partner brands.

• Promote, advise and sell Spa treatments and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and business performance.

• Organise commercial activities and events within the Resort to increase the visibility and success of the Spa.

You will become a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you carry out your profession with passion while having the opportunity to take part in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether interacting with guests, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you help create unique memories.
