Your work environment
The Club Med Hygiene, Safety, and Environment team ensures the safety of our clients for a worry-free vacation. As a prevention professional, you take care of their well-being throughout their stay. Your work environment is designed to efficiently meet their needs, and each intervention is crucial for maintaining their peace of mind. You work within a dedicated team where responsiveness and empathy are essential to providing high-quality service. Your role is key in managing emergencies and implementing prevention protocols, contributing to a safe experience.
You are
- A graduate in HSE, with training such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HSE or QHSE.
- A good educator, able to guide and train those around you effectively.
- Observant, with sharp listening and analytical skills.
- Responsible, able to remain calm and composed in crisis situations.
- Proactive, offering forward-thinking preventive actions.
You will
- Ensure the implementation and follow-up of the Hygiene, Safety, and Environment policy within the Resort.
- Support your team and department managers to guarantee proper procedure execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities.
- Coordinate crisis units effectively.
- Communicate proactively with both office and Resort teams.
- Suggest improvements, integrate feedback to optimize protocols.
- Raise awareness among clients and teams about Club Med’s HSE initiatives.
- Oversee and monitor the supply of necessary materials and equipment.
You will be Gentil Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also taking part in key moments of our clients’ stay. Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity, or revealing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories. Being a G.O is much more than a job: it is about experiencing moments of sharing and emotion within a multicultural team.
