The Role & Missions:
Club Med Northern Europe office is looking for itsCRMand LoyaltyManagerYou will be directly reporting to the MarketingDirector for Northern Europe: United Kingdom,Irelandand the Nordics.
As a CRMProjectManager, you willbe responsible fordelivering CRM campaigns required to grow and developthe Northern Europe marketsmarketsacross B2C and B2Bchannels. You will work closely with colleagues in the marketing & sales teams,EuropeMiddle East andAfrica BUteamsbased intheParisheadquartersand the other CRM marketing teams in EMEA, to execute effective CRM marketing strategies.
Key responsabilities :
Mission 1: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Design CRM/PRM programs to maximize loyalty, retention, and lifetime value (B2C & B2B)
Plan and execute targeted campaigns; personalize communications using customer data
Collaborate with global tech teams to resolve issues and enhance functionality
Serve as lead for in-person events to boost customer awareness and value
Measure andoptimizecampaign performance; generate regular reports on trends and KPIs
Manage and create content for mobile campaigns
Mission 2: Loyalty & Retention
Grow the database via CRM and lead generation projects; apply best practices for optimization
Lead customer acquisition projects to drive repurchase
Oversee loyalty initiatives, including annualization of loyal customer status with Europe CRM team
Mission 3: Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyseinternal data (database specifics, booking patterns, destinations, calendar trends) using GA4
Recommend optimizations based on internal data and external calendar insights
Mission 4: Trade Marketing & B2B CRM
Coordinate trade marketing campaigns and B2B CRM calendar with Indirect and MICE teams
Execute digital marketing campaigns (CRM, social media, b2b2c) with partners
Develop Travel Agent Relationship Management strategy (dashboard, analysis, metrics) to support Sales Team
Mission 5: Partnerships for Database Growth
Identifyand execute partnerships with inspiring brands for database growth and customer acquisition (from identification to execution: online, offline, events)
Requirements:
4+years’experiencein CRM/Marketing;advancedCRMtools(Salesforce,Acoustica plus);basic HTML/codingskills
Excellentwrittenand verbalEnglish;strongcommand ofgrammarand style
Experienceintravelorluxurysectorspreferred;knowledgeof B2C/B2Btraveltrends and consumerbehaviouraplus;industryrelationshipsvalued
Skilledwithmarketing andanalyticstools; quick tolearnnew platforms
