Your work environment
At Club Med, each season our G.O and G.E teams deliver extraordinary holiday experiences for our guests, and the support functions play a key role in assisting them daily.
By joining our HR, Finance, Digital, and Training services in the Resort, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multicultural teams.
You will help create a friendly yet professional atmosphere thanks to a caring and proactive approach, essential for smooth operations and the well-being of all.
You are
- Holder of a degree in Finance, with expertise in financial operations and management tools.
- Rigorous, comfortable with numbers and financial analysis.
- Pedagogical, able to clearly explain results to support decision-making.
- A leader, capable of motivating, supervising, and representing your department to teams and stakeholders.
You will
- Be responsible for the Resort’s accounting, leading a team of 2 to 10 employees (finance and logistics departments).
- Oversee contracts, administrative authorizations, budgets, revenue, and financial results.
- Define and implement administrative and financial procedures, as well as activity tracking and reporting indicators.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Analyze financial results and coordinate corrective action plans.
- Control cash management, monitor bank reconciliations, and recommend measures to optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain positive relationships with local authorities.
- Motivate, unite, and guide your teams in their development, aligning them with defined objectives.
- Analyze and monitor Resort budgets to ensure optimization.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will perform your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
