You will
  • Organizing and checking the cleaning of the hotel rooms and common areas
  • Knowing the resort inside out and working in partnership with the services concerned (reception, laundry, catering)
  • Anticipating and responding to the different needs and requirements of customers
  • Scheduling housekeeping staff according to room occupancy
  • Checking that work is carried out consistently in line with the high quality standards at Club Med
  • Managing the housekeeping team (internal team or external supplier)
  • Managing the restocking of hotel equipment and the housekeeping budget
  • Ensuring the respect of hygiene and safety rules
  • Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and replacing her / him if necessary
